Complicated: You cannot necessarily lump all of your symptoms into one basket.  See a doctor and get this worked out.  Would be most concerned with blood in stool.  Altho this likely to be external (hemorrhoids, fissure, etc.), you want to be sure it is nothing more serious, altho unlikely at your age.

Go to the ER: Any condition with bright red blood in the stool requires immediate attention by a doctor. Please go to a hospital or urgent care center immediately to look into why this is happening. Something acute in your abdomen like this can be serious

Unlikely: The eye surface is very good at resisting insult from bacteria if it is intact.  Probably not a good thing to do this on a regular basis but one exposure is not likely to be a problem.

Highly unlikely: This is a highly unlikely scenario.  You can however get conjunctivitis if you touch your eyes with the hand which has been contaminated with feces.  It does not usually go the other way however
