No,: but sometimes it may be difficult to distinguish a lipoma from a low grade liposarcoma on imaging, particularly the larger lesions. Lipomas are much more common.

Can,t make diagnosis: It is not possible to diagnose the type of lump from description or size of lump. Best to get checked  and  if needed get excisional biopsy. That way you will know for sure . It does not necessarily mean it is serious as it could be simple cyst as well but better to talk to your doctor.

: Appears that your MRI study failed to confirm any pathology,  and this should be reassuring.  But it appears that additional concerns are present.  The best approach is to contact the radiologist and go over the films together.

Lipoma: Probably a lipoma a benign collection of fat or a fatty tumor. I would recommend seeing a general surgeon to examine the mass and decide if you should leave it or simply have it removed.

Some lean mass: If muscles are used repeatedly until they tire, but are not injured, then they will grow bigger and stronger. If one does not eat or drink more calories than he uses during exercise, then his body will burn up fat for fuel. However, if he drinks a big orange juice (about 300 calories) while exercising, and exercises away only 200 calories, he will still get chubbier even though he is exercising.
