Fatty liver is very common and is due to being overweight, or drinking too much alcohol, can end up in liver failure.
There is no medical term such as "fatty kidney". Maybe your doctor tried to put some other issues in lay term.

Hydrate: As long as you hydrate well your liver and kidneys should be fine.  The exercise program might not give you enough recovery time for muscle growth though, so watch it.

Hello. : Hello. I donâ€™t know what the cause of your fatty liver is. However, a major cause of fatty liver is drinking too much alcohol.  Alcohol use combined with  poor diet, obesity, abnormally high iron levels and hepatitis c can increase the chances of getting fatty liver.  There are also people who have fatty livers who donâ€™t have an illness and who donâ€™t drink.  Some people can develop a fatty liver off drinking really heavily for a weekend, and the fat decreases when they stop drinking. In your case, it would be best to get specific input from your doctor as s/he can put this in the context of your total health picture. Take care.

Doubt, but others...: Causes include musculoskeletal pain and kidney pain. Musculoskeletal is by far the most common. If not better with ibuprofen, may need an ultrasound. Remember no Ibuprofen on empty stomach, after meals only.

No: Fatty liver does not usually cause enlargement -- if your liver is enlarged you need to be evaluated for other cause such as subacute alcoholic hepatitis or others -- and the pain in the right flank may also be caused by other musculoskeletal problem.

Not per se: The conditions you described do not cause UTI by themselves. You should be under the care of a doctor to manage these illnesses so that you may prevent deterioration of liver and kidney function.

See below: Bulging discs do not cause your core muscles to bulge and a fat tummy. The amount of bulging is not possible to affect the abdominal contents. See a doctor who specializes in rehabilitation and they can help you strengthen those core muscles and help you get rid of that fat tummy.
