Yes, but...: A well healed fat transfer should withstand exercise. The important thing to keep in mind is your weight. I usually advise all my patients to maintain their current weight for at least 3 months after the transfer. After the 3 months, weight fluctuations affect different people differently. But as long as you watch your weight, the augmentation should remain stable.
