i have an armpit fat. it looks very bad. is it serious? i read it online that it an extra breast tissue. what should i do?

Removal will help: Yes some people are born with supr numary breast tissue , some times even several  small nipple like structures extenuating to pubic area called mammary line, this excessive tissue bulges out of axilla, some times gives pain, due to this and cosmetic reason could be removed , scar could be buried invisibly under axilla.

breastfeeding 3 month old. 30 lbs overweight. felt arm pit side and noticed very glandular tissue, almost like tiny fat lobules on side of armpit  into my armpit. doesn't feel like one lump but rather all kind of soft/lumpy there.is this fat tissue?

Breast tissue: Any new lumps, masses or skin changes in the breast should always be evaluated by your doctor. During breast feeding it is common for the breast tissue in the axilla (arm pit) to expand. This can be very normal. Have your doctor do an exam to confirm.

had cut on arm several mo. ago. i do get thick scar tissue.  under the scar tissue there is a pocket of blood.  it has gotten larger over the past couple of weeks.  it is a little red.  what is causing this?  anything i can do to help it along?

?blood clot: It's possible that blood under the laceration congealed and former a bloody clot which has progressively hardened and may have to be excised.. Redness reveals a degree of irritation or inflammation and if it spreads antibiotic treatment would be needed. See your MD or a surgeon. Apply warm compresses.

Breast tissue: You, most likely, have extra breast tissue in your armpits.  Most women have some, but having "too much" is often seen too.  The surgery to remove it would be done by a plastic surgeon usually.  All surgeries are quite expensive, with the hospital, and doctor fees.  You're 25 - can you get on your parents insurance (allowed to age 26 now)?  If not, talk to a local free health clinic for options.

Lose weight: Unfortunately, there are not really any tricks or special exercises to lose fat in particular areas. You need to lose weight overall, then you'll see an improvement in these areas. Diet and exercise - it's more important to make small changes that you can live with long term than to lose a lot of weight (only to gain it back). Meeting with a dietician is often helpful. Depends: Your armpit fat may be accessory breast tissue. Are you still breast feeding? If you are, the tissue under the arm will stay enlarged along with the normal breast tissue as long as you're breast feeding. Once you stop breast feeding,  the normal lactating breast tissue will decrease in size as well as the accessory tissue under the arm. Ask your ob/gyn to take a look.
