Removal will help: Yes some people are born with supr numary breast tissue , some times even several small nipple like structures extenuating to pubic area called mammary line, this excessive tissue bulges out of axilla, some times gives pain, due to this and cosmetic reason could be removed , scar could be buried invisibly under axilla.

Nothing ?: Unless it is painful or cosmetically a major problem, there is nothing to worry about having breast tissue in the armpit area. It is very common. There are fatty tumors called lipoma's though and you should see your doctor to establish a diagnosis.
