Congenital/acquired: None  that i know of. If your droopy eyelid is congenital, it will not get better, and ocassionally surgery is needed. If its is acquired, it may get better with time, but still may require surgery if symptomatically bothering you. More importantly is what is the cause, because the treatment depends on the underlying cause. If this is new, an exam is essential for proper diagnosis.

No: Eyelids can droop for many reasons:  excessive skin, stretching of the connective tissues that connect the muscles to the structures of the eyelid, abnormalities of the nerves controlling those muscles, or a problem with the way the connective tissues are formed that you are born with.  Unfortunately, excercise won't help.  An eye doctor can identify the cause and appropriate treatment is.

Several causes: Developmental eye drooping is often not evident until later years. Acquired drooping eyes are frequent in: sleep deprivation, myasthenia gravis, hypothyroidism,  connective tissue disorders. The medical term is ptosis. Most common non-developmental cause of ptosis at your age is probably myasthenia.

Droopy lids: Usually there is some mild eyelid swelling that causes an allergic reaction and eyelids to droop. You can give a
trial of benadryl 1.2 tsp (2.5 cc/ml) at night ands see if symptom goes away. If not I would  check with pedi MD if needs eye referral to rule out congenital nerve ptosis
