Droopy eyelids: The cause of the droopy eyelid needs to be investigated. There may be nerve problems causing this. If due to age, an operation called a blepheroplasty may be done. Be wary of advertised remedies, magnets and such. Most do not work.Eyelid.

Depends on cause: "droopy" eyelid may refer to sagging of the brow, excess skin of the upper eyelid, a condition of the upper eyelid called "ptosis" (shifting downward of normal eyelid position at top of iris) or looseness of the lower eyelid. Several of these conditions may be present at the same time. Treatment options may include surgery, laser treatment or even botox. Medical evaluation is required.

Many ways: It depends on what is causing the droopiness: skin, skin and fat, skin and muscle, muscle alone. For each type, there are several techniques. Your surgeon may be comfortable with one or the other.
