Accepted Answer

Don't bother: Exercises will not increase the bulk of muscle to the point of mimicking cheek implants, but will increase your wrinkles. Try injectable fillers if you are looking for a quick solution!

Get 2nd opinion: Elbow fractures that require orif( open reduction and internal fixation) are prone to elbow stiffness. If p.T./ bracing( dyna splint to improve extension) is not improving your motion consider seeing an ors who is proficient @ elbow arthroscopy. Arthroscopic release can improve elbow motion dramatically in some pts. It can be technically demanding so speak w/ your ors and see if this is an option.

Not necessarily: Sometimes the bite of the teeth are fine and only a chin implant is needed.  Other times both have to be addressed.  Too many times plastic surgeons just address the chin and fail to recognize the importance of the tooth alignment.  Form and function ought to go together!

Pain and bruising: Removing buccal fat pad is a bad idea. The result is hollowed cheek and it is hard if not impossible to fix.
Chin implant will make your lower lip position a bit higher and your neck more angled.
Neck liposuction will sculpt your neck and get rid of the superficial fat.

Please, : Please, please, do not, do not, do not use butt implants, they are bad, very bad.
Consider liposculpture torso and lipotransfer to glutei.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon and ask him or her to show you his/her work.

What kind surgery: Intraocular lens placed in the eye to replace your natural lens that was developed into cataract.  What kind of eye surgery are you referring?  It does not interfere with lasik, lid, conjunctiva or retina 
.

Infection risk: There is a small risk of infection after the implant is placed. You likely will be placed on some antimicrobial medication in the meanwhile, but your doctor should be well aware of this.
