Neuromuscular: Pyramidal tract is the nerve highway of the body controlling most volantary muscle functions. Tumor, Bleeding, thrombosis, injury can cause disruption of the tract leading to dysfunction. Certain demyelenating / immunologic disease can cause short circuits in the tract also.
