what's wrong with me?? everytime i eat anything. i always feel like i have to puke or go poo .. i get light headed and sleepy. painful cramps

Find out: See a doctor. There are many possibilities. I saw somebody from Nashville in may office last month who developed an allergy to all forms of meat after being bit by a cattle tick!  When you say anything do you mean anything ? Has this been going on for a couple of days (H2N2 Flu) or weeks? (liver, celiac disease, gastric ulcer...)  Go get checked out by a doctor. OK?

how can i stop myself from getting sleepy everytime i eat?

Change what you eat: Some foods make you more sleepy than others. Foods with sugar or white flour (as opposed to whole grains) are often the problem.  
Foods such as turkey which contain tryptophan are well known to cause sleepiness too.  Other foods with lean protein and low carbohydrate are more likely to keep you alert.  Start keeping a log of what you eat and how sleepy you are afterwards.

i was diagnosed with pcos. i feel sleepy during the day at school everytime i eat sugar. today i fell asleep and didn't know i was sleeping. help!?

Many possibilities: First i would consider your sleep habits; poor nighttime sleep is #1 cause of daytime sleepiness. Adequate sleep is essential. Related, sleep apnea could be playing a role, especially if you snore. Being overweight is a risk factor but thin people can have it as well. Finally, pcos is related to type 2 diabetes; you should be screened, though this level of sleepiness would be rare. See your doc.

Outsmart them!: To bed earlier. Try variety! eat with them! give them what tastes good like home made protein smoothies with fresh fruit juices and whey protein powder. Almond butter with toast. Avoid breakfast out of a box! make some turkey bacon. Play some upbeat music and get them going.  Good luck!

Feeling : Feeling tired after a meal is common. This occurs because as the body begins to digest the food you ate (especially after a large meal) a lot of your energy is used to aid in digestion, thus making you tired. You may want to consider eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. Also note that foods high in tryptophan can make you sleepy. These foods include turkey, shrimp, tuna, brocolli, etc.

Siesta time!: A large meal often makes people sleepy.  That is why the siesta was invented!  Eating smaller meals may help.  A high fat, high sugar food or snack will also cause sleepiness.  Also eat regular snacks.  No breakfast and then a big lunch may make sleepiness worse.

Eye strain: 5 hours is not the greatest number of hours for a 16 yo.  And then on top of that, studying may cause your eyes to strain, thus triggering your sleepiness as well.  Get a better amount of sleep, and over time, the sleep cycle may improve so that you are not as tired when you study.

i've been taking cyprovita to induce my appetize for a while now but i get really sleepy everytime, is it a side effect?  what are some others?

Decreased appetite: An old antihistamine by the name of peri-actin 4 mg , 1-2 pills @ night because it also causes drowsiness. But it works very well for increasing appetite.
