i always get really sleepy after lunch. is this normal, i try to eat really healthy but it still happens.

Siesta time!: A large meal often makes people sleepy. That is why the siesta was invented! Eating smaller meals may help. A high fat, high sugar food or snack will also cause sleepiness. Also eat regular snacks. No breakfast and then a big lunch may make sleepiness worse.
