It does happen: Polyps do occur in many folks but most people are not checked for them until older years(recommended age for colonoscopy being 50 years). But as long as the polyps are removed, you should be safe. But why did you have colonoscopy in the first place? Your doctor will likely ask you to have repeat colonoscopy in future sometime in the next 3- to 5 years just to be sure that new ones do not develop.

This is normal: It is a normal finding seen in women who are still cycling (pre-menopausal). The menstrual cycle has a proliferative phase and a secretory phase. Both are normal and benign.

Many thoughts: You are very young. There are many possibilities. Why did you have the endoscopy?  Need more history here. Could be as simple as candida. A yeast. Let's see what biopsy says   Do you have other medical issues?

i had an endoscopy wednesday and thegi doctor said no cancer in the esophagus. i want to be happy but how can she do that without the biopsy results. sed rate was 32 last saturday. i think she forgot. im scared she is wrong. chronic cough to gagging

Endoscopy: You should feel confident that you do not have an esophageal cancer.  The direct endoscopy would visualize some abnormality of the esophagus. Also esophageal cancer is not typically a cause for an elevated sed rate. Conditions to consider would be inflammatory conditions. Crohn's disease would be a possibility for example. Be happy that cancer not a problem.  However, get back with your provider.

Cevical Dysplasia: It means abnormal biopsy result  and there is cervical dysplasia also called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia caused by hpv virus
it is a premalignant transformation and abnormal growth of squamous cells on the cervix.Most cases are stable and clear itself by hosts immune system.But small percentage progress to cause cevical cancer.Cin3 needs treatment to destroy the neoplastic cervical cells.

Yes: There are a variety of other causes of granulomatous disease in the gut; half of crohn's cases don't show granulomas in the first place, and i suspect no pathologist would make the call except upon examining the clinical and imaging findings as well. The diagnosis of crohn's, and the decision how to treat, is usually made by collaboration among physicians.

Almost never: Osteochondroma and osteosarcoma look very different on x-ray, ct and mri. Osteochondroma can be confidently diagnosed with imaging alone. There is <1% chance of an osteochondroma turning into a chondrosarcoma. In that rare event, it's usually a low grade one that almost never spreads. For osteosarcoma, there is usually strong suspicion based on imaging, but a biopsy is needed to confirm.
