Fractional treatment: Erbium and CO2 are very different. Which treatment did you have and why? I hope you are not on Isotretinoin while you got an ablative treatment; otherwise, it would potentially be disastrous. It should not take more than 3 weeks to complete re-epithelialization after a fractional treatment.

Thats a really hard: question. It really depends on the scars (size, thickness, cause, duration). You should speak with the laser surgeon performing the procedure . Make sure they are a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. And Erbium lasers should only be performed by MD!

Probably but....: This is an unusual question that should be answered by the physician performing the laser procedure.  You should make sure he/she knows everything your daughter is taking.  I would also recommend checking with the doctor/dermatologist prescribing her accutane.  Accutane is a vitamin A derivative and can have many side effects including skin redness and irritation maybe worsened by laser surgery.
