Probably but....: This is an unusual question that should be answered by the physician performing the laser procedure. You should make sure he/she knows everything your daughter is taking. I would also recommend checking with the doctor/dermatologist prescribing her accutane. Accutane is a vitamin A derivative and can have many side effects including skin redness and irritation maybe worsened by laser surgery.
