hi, im currently having continual sinus infection and multiple antibiotic treatments but only to return in a week or so. nasal clogging and seems like consistent inflammation in feet and knees from this as my gp has told me. i do saline care.

Otolaryngologist: See an Otolaryngologist for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. A ct scan of the paranasal sinuses would helpful. A drainage procedure may be necessary if inspissated infectious material is present in some of the sinuses.  I don't see the connection with inflammation of feet and knees. A rheumatologist may be helpful in this regard. In the meantime try inhaling steam to promote drainage.

Fluid in ear: The drops are blocking the ear canal.  Expect eventual absorption.  If the ears were not cleaned in the office, there may some trapping caused by ear wax.  If uncomfortable, can try turning and shaking head to see if fluid exits.

Possibly yes: Swimmers ear (Otitis Externa) can be very painful out of proportion to the degree of infection because the skin of the ear canal is so tight and won't easily expand.
Some sort of antimicrobial drops can be prescribed depending on what the infection is.  I think you deserve to have it looked at and treated.

Ear fluid: Although you have been taking antibiotics for your ear infection, that only treats the bacteria.  The fluid that accumulated behind your ear drum that led to the infection is still there, resulting I'm a "clogged feeling". It may take a few weeks for the fluid to result.  Since this fluid drains via the nasal cavity, taking a decongestant may help speed the process. I wouldn't use the ear drops.

Ciprodex ear drops: As an ear surgeon, i only use quinolone ear drops. An example of this type of drop would be Ciprodex which is a combination of Ciprofloxacin and dexamethasone.  Most swimmers ear responds to this within 3 days. Typically still have you finish a 7 day course.  Additionally, if your ear canal skin is very swollen your doc may need to place a wick in the ear canal to allow the drops to enter the ear.
