I am skeptical: Sorry, i disagree with your diagnosis, as this is a disorder of adolescent females, not 68 Y.O. Women.  You may have migraines, but the altered consciousness episodes could more likely represent cardiac events, seizure activity, or transient ischemic attacks in the vertebrobasilar circulation.  If you have cervical spondylosis, the vertebrals may be compromised in neck.  See medical school team.

Few restrictions: First you should have a diagnosis that is approved to be treated with hbo, then if you have or had certain illnesses you may be excluded- collapsed lung, detached retina, seizure disorder and even these are not hard exclusions.

No, and...: There is no evidence that hyperbaric oxygen therapy is of any long term benefit in copd. Additionally, blebs on the lungs and air-trapping in the lungs, which commonly occur in copd, pose a risk of collapsed lung during  treatment. Patients with known blebs are usually excluded from treatment, while those at risk for any significant amount of air-trapping are treated gingerly, if at all.

It depends: I assume that the aortic aneurysm has been repaired and the patient is stable; if that is the case, then the this alone is not a reason to preclude the use of the chamber for another approved condition. There are other medical conditions that may have occurred surrounding the aortic aneurysm and its repair that will require a review by the hyperbarist before final approval.

Sure!: You can get just about anything if you're willing to pay for it. Now, if you mean can i get insurance to pay for it, that's an entirely other question. "poor circulation" on it's own isn't going to do it.

So, you have : Asthma, hypertension, fatigue ; sleep apnea. Don't know how severe these conditions are. Don't know what your medical indication would be for hyperbaric oxygen treatment.  You have serious medical conditions. I would  not recommend scuba diving or hbot without a thorough eval by a physician who has training in this area.  Now oxygen is listed under medications - if that means that  you use &gt;.

Might not - those with asthma, claustrophobia, copd, pregnancy, an epidural pain pump, a pacemaker, seizure disorder, upper respiratory infection, high fever, eustachian tube dysfunction, or congenital spherocytosis.

Pressure effects helps with diving injuries which can result in "bends" - increased pressure allows bubbles to become smaller which can be then eliminated by the body.

Oxygen/blood supply: Best would be to look online-- in short, the pressure forces more oxygen into solution( in blood), and this non-cellular part of the blood, plasma, can nourish parts of the skin etc that are fed by small vessels, where the cells, which usually carry most of the oxygen, are too big to reach.  This, along with the formation of new blood vessels helps healing specific wounds.  +++++.
