Hyperbarics & Eyes: Hyperbaric chamber treatment will not give you eye bleeds or eye floaters, unless maybe you unnecessarily present a pressure differential by wearing goggles or a face mask while going under pressure - ouch! in short, hyperbaric chamber treatment should not cause any eye trauma whatsoever. If you are having eye problems that you think might be treatment-related, you should contact your doctor.

I agree with above: One comment, related to vision & hbo. Due to pressure effects, amount of fluid in the lens of the eye could decrease in some patients over the course of treatment, in my experience 5% of patients note a temp change in vision, where reading vision improves , & distance vision worsens, should return to initial baseline in 30-90 days, thus we suggest not change prescription for 90 days post hbo.

One possibility: If you did excessively aggressive valsalva maneuvers in order to clear your ears, it is possible that could lead to subconjunctival hemorrhages.
