is probiotics good to take during or just after food poisoning?

Pro mean with: and bio means life.  Probiotics help the GI system digest food.  Anti means against. So, if one takes excessive antibiotics (which are sometimes needed) they can kill off the good bacteria in our GI systems and we can have digestive problems.  This can happen w/out antibiotics at times too.  So, the probiotics replace the good bacteria that are missing or low.  Peace.  Yes, take after poisoning.

Do not matter: probiotics are bacteria cultures that are taken to promote good bacteria numbers on the gut so it will take some time to make effect . While they multiply and get to the adequate levels.could be taken with food or not and with vitamin supplements.

Bloating: Many people are gluten sensitive not allergic. Suggest you take daily metamucil and avoid heavy carbs. Probiotics are helpful but not curative.Avoid pasta and bagels.

Bloating: I see you have gluten sensitivity.  A gluten free food plan would be the first place to start.  A lab test from your doc will tell you if you need digestive enzymes (which need to be taken w/food).  A good probiotic can be helpful.  Doctor Ohira's brand is a good one.  Peace and good health.

: Pain in the right upper quadrant after meal often leads us to the suspicion of gallbladder issues, notably gallstone(s). This pain is likely not related to the viral gastroenteritis you had 2 weeks ago or side effect of probiotics but I could not rule out entirely because I hate to make the diagnosis of 2 different GI conditions in a short period of time. Why don't you hold probiotics for now?

Could be anything: You describe constitutional symptoms that suggest stress is a part, but certainly hormonal disorders like hypothyroidism come to mind. I would urge you to see your doctor. Stop guessing, share your concerns.  Good luck.

Any symptoms?: There is no objective evidence pro-biotics provide any benefit. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
