: I don’t know, but my thoughts are as follows.  Ask ENT how much bone has to be removed.  Also, weigh your options.  Do you want to go through three different procedures.  Generally, in performing surgical procedures, surgeons want to be as least invasive as possible.  So, understand that some bone might need to be removed to resolve your issues.

: I am not an ENT.  However, if the ENT wants to do procedure X, and you want to check other options, ask ENT if there are other options.  Also, you can always get a second opinion from another ENT.

FSH,LH: Gnrh stimulates follicle stimulating hormone & luteinizing hormone which stimulates the ovary to produce estrogen and Progesterone which stimulates ovulation which causes increased Progesterone which causes secretory endometrium which prepares the endometrium to allow implantation of a fertilized egg.  If no fertilized egg, Progesterone falls which stimulates gnrh to again rise & the cycle repeats.

Depends: Transsphenoidal approach has been standard for years as it avoids brain retraction and optic nerve manipulation.  In larger tumors with more of a suprasellar location (think in the brain), a craniotomy is occasionally required to reach the whole tumor.

Several work: I suggest that there are several combinations of medications that lead to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. The goal is several mature ovarian follicles and several protocols work but not always in all people. Individualized care is important with good monitoring, achieve good lining, good timing of iui, and good sperm factors. Ivf can be cheaper to achieve baby, so think of that too. Good luck.

can a zoladex (goserelin) 3.6mg implant induce artificial menopause?

Chemical menopause: Zoladex (goserelin) 3.6 mg implanted every 28 days will put  a woman chemically into menopause and make her menstrual periods stop. In fact, about 2 weeks after the first implant there will be a hormone withdrawal bleeding, after the next implant there will be no bleeding, if the medication works perfectly.

can patient undergo ovulation induction using gonal f (follitropin alfa) while using hrt mainly femoston 2/10 mg?

Accepted Answer

Doesn't make sense: In most cases this would not make much sense, although it could depend on 'why' and 'how' the hrt was being used. Estrogens such as in hrt are sometimes used in stimulation protocols with gonadotropins (such as gonal f, (follitropin alfa) ) an oral progestin would be an unlikely element of most protocols.
