Not sure: Your question is not clear but the benadryl (diphenhydramine) is quite appropriate . It is not habit forming and can be taken for several days   if you have a lot of swelling and redness need to see a doc. If just a mild swelling then just treat it conservatively. keep area clean and use the benadryl (diphenhydramine).

Your primary doctor will take good care of you!
If you have to wait a day or  two, you might have your Dad or Mum take you to the Emergency facility.

Possible neuroma: your symptoms sound nerve related.   When nerves are compressed in the forefoot region they become inflamed and sometimes injured.  This condition is known as a neuroma.  You have started conservative tx by getting out of the high heels and into wider shoes.  Custom insoles with metatarsal pads will also relieve pressure on nerves.  Try OTC NSAIDS.  If symptoms persist follow up with foot doc.

The question is : A little unclear. But, if you have numbness I would look to have an Emg/NCV performed to see if there is any radiculopathy from the lower back. Regarding the cramps, I would make sure there is no circulatory disturbance and would start with arterial dopplers and consider a magnesium supplement. Keep in mind these are things to consider after a medical exam by a doctor,

?tarsal tunnel?: Toe numbness could be associated with early signs of peripheral neuropathy such as diabetes or vitamin deficiencies, but could be due to nerve compression at the ankle, called tarsal tunnel syndrome.  Sometimes, transient nerve compression, such as prolonged leg crossing may cause tingling which reverses. Decline in blood flow, in older folks could also be a culprit.  Perhaps an exam could reassur.
