i had my gall bladder removed and had an ercp procedure where there was no stent placed but rather an incision widening the duct at the bottom. i recently had a urine test done for uti and urobilinogen level of 4mg/dl could it be a biliary blockage?

: Biliary blockage (obstruction) causes low urobilinogen in the urine, not high. Level of 4 mg/dl is high but not abnormal.

may have a gall bladder issue, can't get in to a specialist for/month.  worried it could burst.  severe rib cage pains.  lipase was elevated 2 wks ago?

Get checked again : You need to get an Ultrasound and some blood work done  to ensure it is not acute cholecystitis(emergency)  as opposed to just biliary colic(non emergency) . If your pain is severe, fever, nausea and vomiting are present, then I suggest go to the ER . Only you know if your symptoms are worse . Alternatively , Your primary care provider can order these tests as an outpatient .

gall bladder removed. if biliary tree, connective tissue of liver abnormal, besides ggt 124, what other liver enzymes will be elevated? other signs?

Biliary abnormality.: elevated total bilirubin and direct bilirubin, elevated alkaline phosphatase, elevated AST and or ALT

Family practice : Make sure you don't have mononucleosis or hepatitis. These are caused by viruses which give you those symptoms.

slightly elevated bilirubin (1.7) with elevated wbc (12.6) and rbc (5.35). history of ercp and gall bladder removal. is this cause for concern?

Fevers?: Are you having fevers or chills? Do you know what your bilirubin was before?  These labs warrant further investigation especially if you have any symptoms.

ERCP: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a procedure used to identify stones, tumors, or narrowing in the bile ducts. The procedure is done through an endoscope.  In addition, it can be accompanied by endoscopic sphincterotomy, which cuts the ampulla of vater allowing for decompression and drainage of the bile duct.  A gastroenterologist usually does this procedure under anesthesia.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if you drink alcohol, stop entirely, if you are even slightly overweight, lose weight and discuss any medications, including over the counter ones, with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

luq pain for 2 months. fullness and aching sharp pain that is under ribs from front straight through to back. normal ct. history of elevated wbc and anemic. could it be my spleen function? i had gall bladder disfunction that didnt show until hydasca

Just a thought: but there is an "entity" called "Splenic Flexure Syndrome" It is essentially BOWEL GAS which collects in the HIGHEST section of the large bowel (colon) the BEND which occurs just BELOW the spleen!
This is the "catching" pain some people get after RUNNING!

After meal pain: Gallstones or a dysfunctional gallbladder are very common problems. They generally present as AFTER -meal right upper quadrant or mid-upper abdominal pain and bloating;often with nausea,sometimes vomiting. Patients will experience this 30-60 minutes after eating. It does NOT have to be a fatty meal. An ultrasound is very easy to get and diagnose these.
