slightly elevated bilirubin (1.7) with elevated wbc (12.6) and rbc (5.35). history of ercp and gall bladder removal. is this cause for concern?

Fevers?: Are you having fevers or chills? Do you know what your bilirubin was before? These labs warrant further investigation especially if you have any symptoms.
