High HbA1C: I see that you are on Levemir (insulin detemir) which is a basal insulin. Perhaps you should discuss with the physician (p) who is ordering this for you what your options are. One option, is to use a short acting Insulin before each meal you eat to prevent your glucose from being high after you have a meal. See you p to get your hba1c under control, as it should be.

Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the values seem okay, but if you are concerned about diabetes, you need to test fasting blood glucose and A1c level
