They can cause permanent damage and death.

Not a good idea: Inhaling anything like that is certainly not a good idea if you are pregnant.  But it is also not good for you.  This can lead to asthma, brain damage for yourself and many other problems.  Take care of your baby and yourself.  Don't use these things.
