A member asked:

What are common symptoms if someone's huffing gasoline?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Drunkenness: Intoxication on gasoline looks like alcohol intoxication - speech slurred, mental clouding, imbalance, incoordination. In those who huff there are often stains around the mouth and nose, esp if bags are used to inhale. The smell gets on clothes and skin. Damage to the kidney, liver, bone marrow and heart also can occur, and cardiac arrhythmias, which can be lethal, can occur, and asphyxiation.
