Usually a teenager: for one thing, highest use in the US is age 14-17, but worldwide huffing remains common in older kids and young adults. If you see them right afterwards, they appear pretty much like being drunk on alcohol - giddy, poor balance/speech, disinhibited (can range from happy to violent). There may be a sweet/solvent-like smell on their breath.Discoloration around mouth/nose if they also sniff paint.
