Sometimes: Having insight into personality change does occur. Often the individual is not as aware as others. We could get into details and mechanisms (the right side of the brain has more problems with insight than the left) Look up the term Anosagnosia for example. You have taken a great deal of initiative over the past 48 hours. I commend you.
