Common in pregnancy: An increased discharge in pregnancy is common and is a hormonal effect.  This is certainly possible in an ectopic pregnancy as well.  If there is an abnormal discharge in a pregnant woman, though, it should be addressed with her ob/gyn as it also might represent a vaginal infection.

Not likely: Sharp abdominal or pelvic cramping during a pregnancy is the hallmark of an ectopic pregnancy although you may not even know you're pregnant as ectopic pregnancy usually occurs during the first few weeks of a pregnancy. Abnormal uterine bleeding may occur.

Spotting after sex: If concern could check urine /blood HCG ( is your period late -need to be about 1 week late for tests to be positive), also could be vaginal infection, cervicitis ( check PAP) or trauma from sex F/U with doctor /urgent care

Prob not BUT: In your case u need to do a quantitative bhcg because if it is + , u need a Progesterone level and close monitoring to make sure u do not get another ectopic after one ectopic  10% chance of another one, 90% chance of no ectopic.

: In view of having continuing abdominal pain,I recommend being reexamined by your physician,a surgeon or in the hospital emergency room. Persistence or reoccurence of abdominal pain is concerning. Additional testing.is probably needed.
