Can be asymptomatic: Ectopic pregnancy can at times be without symptoms - meaning a woman will not feel any pain nor have bleeding. It is very important to see a doctor early on and be under supervision until diagnosis is finalized. Unfortunately at times ectopic pregnancy can present with internal bleeding and then people present with sudden severe pain, dizziness, faint spells.
