Not likely: Sharp abdominal or pelvic cramping during a pregnancy is the hallmark of an ectopic pregnancy although you may not even know you're pregnant as ectopic pregnancy usually occurs during the first few weeks of a pregnancy. Abnormal uterine bleeding may occur.
