Unlikely: That is 13.2 pounds and even if you are quite large, that would be unusual unless diuresis for heart failure, and a few other unusual items.

Cellulite: This condition is not taken care of by diet and exercise. There are attachments to the dermis of the skin that are responsible. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for a treatment plan.

Eating healthy: try and make all your meals from scratch.  Know what a serving size is for what you eat.  Avoid temptation by not buying non nutritional food.  Do some form of a work out daily.  Calorie count and weekly weigh ins to help your progress.

Maybe not: HA1C is the measure of glycosylation of your red blood cells and if you look at the American Diabetes Association website you can calculate one's eAg or average 24hr blood glucose over 120 days, which is how long red blood cells live. Activity and other variables confound your number. Exercise flux? HA1C biomarker or barometer and not sacro sanct as your blood glucometer log, diet, exercise.

Supplementation...: Can help, especially\ protein. It is sometimes hard to get all nutrients, especially ones like magnesium, biotin, etc. Taking these  and others insurance nutritional adequacy.

Cardio Mix: You can not target the abdomen specifically for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Restrics nutrients: Patients allergic to certain foods must insure that they are getting replacement calories, proteins, vitamins and minerals in their diet. For example, children with milk allergyneed to replace the protein and calcium. Confirmation of allergy by challenge is an option for many people, if the risk for anaphylaxis is low. Consultation with a nutritionist may be helpful.

: Lots of things can cause hair loss. The first thing to look at is the pattern - is it spotty, all over, or just on top? The next thing is to look at hair follicles - are you loosing follicles or is your hair just breaking off? When you look at your scalp, is there thinning of follicles? Many possibilities and many solutions, might be worth seeing a hair specialist or Dermatologist.

Everyone is different but is important to discuss potential weight gain. Your doctor should check your BMI as well as cholesterol and sugar levels during the first months.
Maybe it is possible to substitute. Some antipsychotic drugs are more likely than others to cause weight gain. Risperidone has a medium risk. 
There is a lower risk of weight gain with Abilify, Rexulti, Latuda, and Geodon
