is it bad to eat only two times a day?

Bad wrong word: It's not a question of bad, but more like less than ideal. Eating at least three meals a day tends to keep your Insulin level more steady, leaves you feeling more satiated over the course of the day and less likely to gouge on food. More important than the number of meals is what you eat. Avoid white sugar, flour, rice, and pasta. Eat fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains, and wild salmon.

does oats most likely help gain weight or lose weight.i know it can do both but i want to know what it would mostly likely do. i want to gain weight but have fast metabolism...i eat it 2 times a day with milk but i hear that can help you lose weight?

Oats : Oats are healthy although contain quite a bit of carbohydrate. I never recommend that diabetic patients or those trying to lose weight stop eating oats but only in small quantities 3/4 cup /day.

random weightloss. about 7-8 months ago, i was 125lbs. i am now 113lbs. i eat around 2-3 times a day, small portions.  im also on bc, necon 1/35.

Stress: There are issues of absorption or endocrine problems that can do it.  Do u sleep well at night?  Rate your stress on a scale of 1-10, 10 the worst.  Depression can sometimes do it.  A good medicine, if this is the case, is mirtazapine; it helps weight, sleep and anxiety( over time).  There may be more to it like hyperthyroidism, malabsorption, other endocrine problem,  but usually anxiety at ur ag.

Don't worry: At this age they 'd rather play than eat, if she plays and sleeps well, that's a sign of good health, she gets enough calories from whatever she eats during the day. You can still be reassured by following her growth curve either at home or at her pediatrician's in the next health maintenance visit, enjoy your child

i have a handicap daughter who is 48, but very tiny in size. she is the size of a 10 year old. this week she started vomiting undigested food that she eat three days earlier. she has vomit one to two times a day ever since that and all undigested?

: Bowel obstruction is suggested in this context and having her examined at the local hospital would be best as she will need to be hydrated and possibly fed by iv with imaging tests to clarify what might have caused her symptoms.

Is what normal?: What is "role fat meal"? 4 kg ~ 8 lbs. So if you lost 4kg in 2months, you lost 8lbs in 8wks which is 1lb/wk which is recommend rate of weight lost. Congratulations on proving that this weight loss can be achieved via healthy eating & regular exercise. Keep up the hard work!

hole in my mouth been there for two years and it gives me serious pain sometimes when i smile, eat and several other times when i use my mouth?

Where in your mouth?: If you'd said the hole was in roof of your mouth since birth, then most likely you're describing a cleft palate. But since I have no idea where in your mouth the hole is located, you'll need to go see your dentist, family doc or ENT (head & neck specialist) for an evaluation. It's possible that food gets stuck in hole & leads to temporary infection causing pain. So go get checked out.

i lose weight super fast . i eat two times what normal people eat.  is there anything over-the-counter that can help? or could i get steroid prescribe

is it normal to keep throwing up with morning sickness and what if i can barely eat anything? i think i am 8 weeks and i have been sick for two weeks, a lot of times barely getting out of bed.  i can't go to the doctor until march 1st because of insurance

Not : Not being able to keep anything down is not good and if you continue will become dehydrated and must go to the er to be seen, otherwise you put yourself and your baby at risk. You can try gator-aid, and over the counter nausea medications, but if not improved you need to be seen sooner than march 1st.
