Bad wrong word: It's not a question of bad, but more like less than ideal. Eating at least three meals a day tends to keep your Insulin level more steady, leaves you feeling more satiated over the course of the day and less likely to gouge on food. More important than the number of meals is what you eat. Avoid white sugar, flour, rice, and pasta. Eat fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains, and wild salmon.
