With physician help: Liquid diets need to be supervised because they are usually low calories (800-1000) .  The person needs to be monitored for well being but also to confirm that fat is being loss rather than muscle.  The liquid must be very high in protein to help the body maintain muscle mass otherwise all of your attempts will be in vain.

NO - they will not.: Reduction in body fat requires weight loss. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio ; weight training.

Not unusual: Year olds often have a runny nose for what seems like forever, particularly those in day care. The color and consistency will vary and does not mean necessarily that it is sinus infection but if it remains thick green and yellow for 2-3 weeks he may benefit from an antibiotic. I always recommend using saline nose spray and suctioning if you can>.

Conception times: Around the time of ovulation many women have a thin stringy cervical mucus that is optimal to allow sperm to swim thru the cervix.  Count the days from the start of one period to start of next, divide in half and that is the best time to conceive.  So, for 28 days, 14 days from start of her period is a good time.
Or use ovulation prediction kits, which are sold usually next to the pregnancy tests.
