Hearing loss?: The first question that has to be addressed is do you have a hearing loss?  If not the pain is probably referred pain and the most common cause of referred pain to the side of the face is from the teeth, jaw and or jaw muscles.  If there is fullness, pressure and hearing loss, see your physician.  You really need a diagnosis before your can know what to do.

Tinnitus: Ringing in the ears is caused by tinnitus and is often the result of high frequency hearing loss. Occasionally some pain can be associated with this condition although that is typically rare.

See Doctor: You could try irrigating your ear after using over the counter ear wax softener  - you may have eustachian tube dysfunction and this should be evaluated by your doctor.

Possible TMJ...: It seems like you might be suffering of temporomandibular jaw dysfunction which is pain and inflammation of the ligament that is located between your jaw and skull.It can mimic a earache and it might also be manifested with pain while chewing, pain when opening the mouth, etc. Heart issues usually last longer and most likely would involve chest pain, trouble breathing esp.with exercise.F/u w/ PCP.

Effusion: Most likely you have an effusion in your right ear.  Give it some time it should go away.  You have some sort of eustachian tube dysfunction, whether you have a history of ear problems or allergies, that would need to be diagnosed by an ent.

i have deep ear pain, and constantly do the valsalva manoeuvre to pop ears. can pop ears at will and helps, but as soon as i swallow it reverses. why?

i'm having recent ear pain. but also have been noticing constant headaches, often slurred speech, and dizziness when i turn around. help?

Unilateral headache : Any new onset headache, ear pain which is unilateral  and associated with slurred speech and dizziness are alarm signs that alert you to listen to your body and seek attention immediately.  These sxs. Can be a result of central problems in the brain, inner ear migraines etc. As a primary physician after taking a proper history and physical would refer you to an ENT and neurologist for furthereval.

i'm having severe lt jaw pain(tight) and lt ear pain(no injury). sharp pain behind and around lt ear(constant) for 4 days now. never experienced. ?

Pain: May be TMJ, infected tooth, sinus infection, ear infection, neurologic problem, muscular problem, or any or all of the above.  Please call hour Dentist for an appointment.

Patent Eustachian Tu: Somehow you are holding your breath when you belch - you can't have pressure in your ears if your mouth is open. 
Not sure what you mean by swishing.
