Possible TMJ...: It seems like you might be suffering of temporomandibular jaw dysfunction which is pain and inflammation of the ligament that is located between your jaw and skull.It can mimic a earache and it might also be manifested with pain while chewing, pain when opening the mouth, etc. Heart issues usually last longer and most likely would involve chest pain, trouble breathing esp.with exercise.F/u w/ PCP.
