Clogged Sinuses: It sounds like you have an ear or sinus infection which could be viral or bacterial (less common). If you have a fever and /or tenderness over your cheek bones or forehead see a doctor now. This could also be seasonal allergies and an over the counter allergy/sinus medicine might help. One of the best ways to open clogged sinuses is to use saline washes, see netti pot.

Ear pressure: May have fluid in ear from cold - antihistamines may help both ( i dont like sudafed-decongestants as they can cause heart issues and high blood pressure) which is why you are blowing your nose  or may actually already have ear infection and need antibiotic . follow up with doc.

More info needed: What type of work? Extraction? Root canal therapy? Deep fillings? OTC anti-inflammatory meds will help, but you should consult with the dentist who treated you.

Go to a dentist: From what you are describing . You might be having a tooth infection and the lump under your jaw is  a lymph node .. Also you might be having a partially impacted third molar or a wisdom tooth with pericronitis . Usually they give ear pain and headache .. Please have your dentist to check you out for a proper  diagnosis or assessment

Ear pain, pressure: All of your symptoms taken together suggests TMJ dysfunction. This is commonly caused by bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), which is very often a stress-related habit.
Make an appointment with your dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
You should also consult with your medical doctor or an ENT specialist to rule out an ear infection.

Ear pain/pressure: See if an over the counter decongestant such as Sudafed or Afrin nasal spray works. Your eustachian tubes may be closed from congestion or inflammation. This can happen after a cold or flying in an airplane. Also, try pinching your nose ,keep you mouth closed and blow. This may equalize the pressure. You will hear your ears "pop".

: Repeated swallowing helps in opening the eustachian tube and avoid ear pain. You could carry lemon drops with you and put one in your mouth when the plane is on the runway. You can stop, once it reaches above 10,000 feet. You should do the same on the way down.
