Not likely: Sounds very unusual.
With poor circulation and congestion our ears can appear cyanosis- blue.
Neck drainage sounds more like an infected cyst ?

Not likely: An early thirties female with post-auricular pain likely has occipital neuritis or tendinitis of superior trapezius at occiput, especially with pain to palpation or with range of motion of neck. If there are not these findings and if pain is constant then see a doctor.  Concerns increase if there is dizziness or use of cigarettes and taking of birth control pills, a bad combination.  See a doctor.

heart has been acting weird. when i lay down heart rate dips by 35bpm. rushing sound in head not ears. have to fight to move. family history heart attack. is this serious enough to see doc?

Yes, see a doc.: A normal heart rate is generally between 60-110. Sometimes athletes will have somewhat lower resting heart rates, but 35 is too low and not normal. This could be a structural issue with your heart or an issue with the way your heart conducts electricity to keep it beating normally. Especially considering your family history, I would be evaluated by your PCP or Cardiologist as soon as you can.

You : You need to see a cardiologist. You may have to go through your primary care doctor first. You will need something called a stress test. This is a test where you walk on a treadmill or are give medications to "stress" your heart. The test will provide information about wheter or not you may have blockage in your arteries. From there the doctors can decide on further diagnostic tests. In addition to the stress test you will also need a picture of your heart (basically an ultrasound) this can be done with the stress test or separately. Regardless you need to be followed by a cardiologist. If all is fine, then your symptoms can likely be attributed to your anxiety disorder.

At 24, I expect: Even though i don't know how your head would feel, that... This may be a panic attack - not a heart attack. But they are both serious and feel awful - go to an  er or urgent care to reassure yourself and get some good advice for moving forward.

Unusual: You note popping head sound when you had heart attack.  That is unusual.  Women also suffer from heart disease just as men do.  Heart attacks can have things like chest pain or pressure or tightness.  They can also be silent.  Brain attack or stroke is also noted in people with high blood pressure.  Check with your doctor on a regular basis from now on.  Hope you are well.

i have pain in neck shoulders and can't raise arms, also my head gets hot, could it be a heart attack?

Possibly: Some of the symptoms of heart disease are chest pain, chest pressure radiating to the base of the jaw, left or right arm or both.  The older you are the more the possibility of this.  If you get this pain moving your arms it may be a spine problem or a neurologic problem.  I certainly would see a physician and have him/her sort this out for you.
