Possibly: Some of the symptoms of heart disease are chest pain, chest pressure radiating to the base of the jaw, left or right arm or both. The older you are the more the possibility of this. If you get this pain moving your arms it may be a spine problem or a neurologic problem. I certainly would see a physician and have him/her sort this out for you.
