my wife has: stuffy nose, severe cough, severe throat inflammation, ear pain when she bends over and now blurred vision. our kids have ear infections.

Better see / call MD: She needs assessment, can still be a viral infection, but may have progressed and secondary bacterial infection kicked in, probably will need Rx medicines and  antibiotics, best wishes

Unusual combo: Problems with the eye and ear are usually amazingly independent of each other. It is unusual to have vision changes with a routine ear infection, unless it is related to a reaction to medication you are taking, or just mildly blurred vision that happens when a person is ill. If the vision has significantly changed, an eye exam is indicated to determine the exact cause.

severe dizziness, loss of appetite, fatigue, ear infections both ears, blurry vision, muscle twitches, brain jolts, been to multiple different ers and drs, every test was normal , been almost a year now and i hate it?

: Challenging to think there is no answer or solution, but before you fully despair, contact a local medical school and obtain an opinion with both neurology and otolaryngology.  Your description, to me, suggests that most of your symptoms are inner ear and vestibular.  You may well have Meniere's Disease, and if so, you might respond to appropriate interventions.

Possibly: Could also be Neurologic.  See your Dentist to rule out Dental infections/fractures/grinding-clenching.  See your physician to evaluate sinus/nose/ears.  Don't be surprised if Dentist and Physicisn refer you for specialty consultations.  Blurred vision must be evaluated.

Inner Ear Fluid: Inner ear fluid collection can cause decrease hearing, dizziness, and even pain. Fluid can be related to congestion, allergies and cold sx. Dizziness related to eustachian tube dysfunction.  Can often be diagnosed by looking at inner ear. Wax buildup can effect hearing but less likely cause dizziness.

Yes: This would be seen in an acute complication of a sinus infection - a peri-orbital abscess which is surgical emergency. If this happens, you must be evaluated for a possible abscess.

Sinus/ear infections: Will typically not cause any problems with your eyes.  A severe sinus infection could potentially spread into tissues in the socket around your eye and could cause some eye problems if not treated properly.  Make sure you take any medication prescribed by your doctor if you have an infection in your sinuses.

ENT: You may have developed a chronic ear infection. I would suggest you get checked out by  an ENT doctor

Ear Infection relief: Whether it is an external or middle ear infection you can get pain relief by taking a medicine like tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. The key to resolve the infection is antibiotic +/- antiinflammatory drops in the event of an external ear infection and possibly and oral antibiotic, in the vent of a middle ear infection.

Ear infection: You can try using children's advil (ibuprofen) for the pain. If it is not improving or having a fever or other symptoms, please see your pcp or urgent care.
