Can't diagnose it on: the basis of just those few symptoms, but pain and tenderness in that area, with ear involvement, plus coughing up blood can relate to a serious bacterial infection.  You need to be seen and examined by a health professional asap, and get real advice from a physician who can actually see you and get what tests are needed to determine what the problem is and how to fix it.

Pain in arm or neck: Not likely to get pain in the arm or neck from a brain tumor without having signs of brain stem dysfunction.  There are other conditions that need to be considered. Chiari malformation can produce tingling in neck and shoulders with headaches. You might have a couple of unrelated problems producing a confusing clinical picture. (separate neck and ear problem). A good examination might be in order.

Aldactone (spironolactone) that you are using as an anti-andorgen could be contributing to these symptoms. Eating 6 equal small meals, staying hydrated, movement through the day, and a good night sleep might help.

Sounds like: you may be experiencing a LOW BLOOD SUGAR!!! STOP the "SLIMMING" PILLS!!! and obtain a safe weight loss method  from a Health Care Professional!!!!!!
BTW It may be useful to have your blood sugar tested especially if you have a  Family History of Diabetes!!!

The patient must be motivated, their Dr must rule out other medical causes for weight gain and prescribe wt loss meds, a Therapist may help with tools to redirect the overeating and compulsions, and a physical trainer may help keep the pt on the right track with appropriate exercise. Frequent check ins can help to maintain the momentum

Sounds like my wife: Same age, complaints ; symptoms. She had tb! this was only cultured from concentrated pleural fluid. Being a diabetic some of the meds increase the risk of developing tb.
