Abdominal pain: Right upper quadrant pain could be due to gall stone, liver disease, pancreas, kidney & stomach problem. You feel like a mass and need ultra sound or ctscan of abdomen. Please see your doctor for good history & thorough physical examination and diagnostic work up.

It doesn't: jogging has no effect on gallbladder function - what you are seeing is correlation and not causation. I wonder how the pain will feel once the gallbladder is removed. Keep on exercising, however, it is good for you.

Keep walking: When people exercise cramps are a common compliant.  Usually a short period of rest relieves the pain.  If it does not then see your doctor.
Most of the time walking get the heart rate up and this increases blood flow to the body.  Make sure you don't walk right after eating.  Let the food digest.  Note when you get the pain after the walk.  Stay hydrated.  If pain persists after walk see doctor.

Mild pain after OR: If you are otherwise doing well, have been to at least one post operative appointment, then over the counter Ibuprofen may provide you relief. It is important to check in with your surgery team after any or procedure; especially if you have fever, vomiting or worsening pain.

Gall bladder: Right upper quadrant pain and fever could signal gall bladder (GB) inflammation or infection, and narcotics like codeine can precipitate GB problems. Pneumonia also  can cause upper abdominal pain and fever. Please see a doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

Other conditions such as peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, colon cancer, and a myriad of other conditions.  Colon cramping may be severe.Workup should proceed if the gallbladder ultrasound is normal.
