Orange stools: You need to check for Gallbladder disease ASAP as well as a liver function test. Also you need to rule out any blood in your stools. See your doctor asap.

Orange color: if not from a food additive may be related to your gallbladder (which happens to be located in your right upper abdomen) Thus getting this checked out by your PCP (Primary Care Provider). +A simple blood test will do it! Hope this helps! Dr Z
