Evaluation: The question wasn't gender specific, but if you are a female please see your gynecologist. There are reasons to get such pain, which includes appendicitis, as well as low back issues. It is probably not due to ms. Please seek out at least a visit with your primary care physician to properly diagnose the cause of the pain.

It's complicated.: Because there are so many organs in the abdomen, and the sensations are so vague, there are many things that could cause your symptoms. If you have worsening pain, fever, throwing up, lack of appetite, you should seek immediate medical care.

Some causes include: appendicitis, ruptured ovarian cyst, ovarian torsion, bowel spasm, kidney stone, swollen lymph nodes after an infection.

: More details are needed. How long has it been there? Any bowel or urinary symptoms? If it is pain just above the pubic area, prostatitis is likely. See a doctor

No call your OB: U need to make sure u are not trying to go into premature labor or u could possibly ( hopefully not) have a kidney stone, if u were my pt. I would send u to the labor room to be evaluated.

If sexually active-: -there is always the possibility of STD's. Consult your GYN for an evaluation.

Ovulation: Its sounds like you may have ovulated.  Ovulation is typically asymptomatic.  On occasionally the follicle that released your egg may bleed.  This bleeding can cause achy or crampy pain on the side that ovulated.  If you pain persists have your gyn perform an ultrasound to look at your ovary.  If the pain becomes sharp and continous then seek immediate medical attention.

i been having a dull pain on and off pain on lower left side of. pelvic . can it be a cyst if i had one tooken out on right side?

Possibly: But could be due to many other causes. Would need a full detailed history and exam as well as possibly some imaging studies. Go back and see the surgeon who removed the cyst and have yourself evaluated. Good luck.

Likely a cyst: You need to see your gynecologist as soon as possible.  It is likely that another cyst is causing this pain.

Unlikely: Stone pain is excruciating, tends to radiate from flank to groin. Would wonder about ruptured ovarian cyst which would be more likely to cause this type of pain.  Endometriosis would also be on the list as well as a host of other diagnoses.  Best to see your doctor for evaluation if symptoms persist.  Hope this was helpful.  Best of luck.  Dr R

felling dull pain in right hand testicle/lower back/leg. had all tests- testy, kidney ultrasounds/mri of pelvis/urine & blood clear. what could it be?

Urine culture?: You did not say if you had a urine culture done.  Sometimes this kind of pain can be due to an infection that may not show up with routine urine cultures. An example is nongonoccocal urethritis or prostatiis.  Some docs might try a course of antibiotics and see if that helps the symptoms, since cultures can be expensive. Discuss this with your doc or see a urologist.
