Likely a cyst: You need to see your gynecologist as soon as possible. It is likely that another cyst is causing this pain.

Hard to say..: Your symptoms are a little concerning. The severe pain can cause sweats and chills. U could have an ovarian cyst that is twisting (torsing) & untwisting. Or could b a ruptured ovarian cyst. Could b an infection - even involving a different organ system (like your appendix). Severe pain, fevers are definitely signs that u should see a doctor asap. Also if it doesn't go away.
