can one figure out when the due date is based on when implantation occurred?

Not really: If - "if" - you knew for certain when implantation occurs you could figure out a due date based on this. Even with ivf cycles we don't  "know" the implantation date, we calculate based on egg retrieval/embryo transfer dates.  "implantation bleeding" is mostly nonsense and should not be relied on.

my due date based on lmp is may 11. i don't think it was my period that i got on aug 4 though and i think it was implantation. could they be off 3 wks?

Could be off: First, only 5% of women deliver on their given due date. Secondly, i usually say that the earliest ultrasound is more accurate at predicting edd than lmp. But it depends upon the sonographer and the resolution of the machine.  Generally first trimester scans are +/- 7 days. And 2nd tri scans are +/- 14 days.

Last period: Your due date is calculated based on the first day of your last period. If there is a discrepancy between those dates and the ultrasound, your doctor will change those dates. If you are doing ivf, the doctor will base those calculations on your retrieval /transfer dates instead.

259: Usual pregnancy length is considered 280 days from first day of last period.  Implantation generally occurs about 3 weeks after first day of last period, although that can vary a few days.  So 280-21 equals 259, time from implantation to due date.

May 14, 2015: If you are correct about implantation date (which is difficult to know for certain), and you have a viable pregnancy, then right now you are about 3 weeks pregnant. By the next week or two, a home pregnancy test will register positive; your due date is Thursday, May 14, 2015. Best wishes to you and your growing family.

Not really: Implantation bleeding is not a reliable marker. The most accurate way to establish dates is the last menstrual period. If your not sure of your last period, an early ultrasound can be done to establish your due date.

iam 15dpo, also it is my due date for af, spotted couple of dots of bright red bleeding with brown since 4am today. is it implantation bleeding or af?

Not implantation: Implantation bleeding occurs about 1 week after ovulation, if it occurs at all.  Bleeding 15 days after ovulation is much more likely to be either a period or possibly early pregnancy bleeding.  It may also be possible that you didn't ovulate, and that can result in bleeding not like a period.

my delivery date is october first.i don't know what my date of conception is. does conception occur after implantation?is conception the last step?

Conception is 1st: If your estimated date of delivery was determined to be October 1st (plus or minus 7 days) and was confirmed by early pregnancy sonograms, your estimated date of conception/fertilization was probably about Jan. 7th (plus or minus 3 days) and implantation of a fertilized egg/developing  embryo into your uterus may have subsequently occurred about 7 to 10 d. later ( between Jan. 14 and  Jan. 17) .

i have an irregular cycle. i menstruate every about every 43 days.  if i had implantation bleeding august 11th can i get an estimate on my edd?

EDD 266 days: EDD is 266 days after ovulation.  Implantation usually within 7 days after ovulation.

thought i had implantation bleed but still 5 weeks after negative test, eventually i got a faint positive not sure from when i conceived, had hcg level taken was 32 then 92 would this suggest early? and my edd now is 17th feb wen did i conceive?

: If due date is February 17 2022 then LMP would have been around May 13th and conception in late May 2021 and so you would have missed several periods.  You should note a bump already and  had other signs of pregnancy. Pregnancy can be confirmed by ultrasound. Would follow up with  OB as the information is insufficient.
