Not implantation: Implantation bleeding occurs about 1 week after ovulation, if it occurs at all. Bleeding 15 days after ovulation is much more likely to be either a period or possibly early pregnancy bleeding. It may also be possible that you didn't ovulate, and that can result in bleeding not like a period.
