Iam 15dpo, also it is my due date for af, spotted couple of dots of bright red bleeding with brown since 4am today. is it implantation bleeding or af?

Not implantation: Implantation bleeding occurs about 1 week after ovulation, if it occurs at all. Bleeding 15 days after ovulation is much more likely to be either a period or possibly early pregnancy bleeding. It may also be possible that you didn't ovulate, and that can result in bleeding not like a period.
