My due date based on lmp is may 11. i don't think it was my period that i got on aug 4 though and i think it was implantation. could they be off 3 wks?

Could be off: First, only 5% of women deliver on their given due date. Secondly, i usually say that the earliest ultrasound is more accurate at predicting edd than lmp. But it depends upon the sonographer and the resolution of the machine. Generally first trimester scans are +/- 7 days. And 2nd tri scans are +/- 14 days.
