Not really: Implantation bleeding is not a reliable marker. The most accurate way to establish dates is the last menstrual period. If your not sure of your last period, an early ultrasound can be done to establish your due date.

Not Really: Implantation bleeding is thought to occur around 7 to 10 days after conception. Few women have implantation bleeding. The bleeding is very minimal most of the times. it may be a few days after implantation occurs that you may see the bleeding. So, the data to calculate due date from implantation bleeding is not accurate.
